TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICES AND FEES PER APPLICATION:
NOTICE: Full payment, payable to Lisano International, must be made in U.S. dollars by money order or certified bank check. Those issued outside of the U.S. must be drawn on an International Bank.
1. DOCUMENT-BY-DOCUMENT EVALUATION REPORT: $75.00 (U.S.) Normal processing time is 10-15 working days after the receipt of all required fees, documents, and information. Cases which require unusual research may take longer.
2. COURSE-BY-COURSE EVALUATION REPORT: $120.00 (U.S.) Processing time is the same as for the Document-by-Document Evaluation Report.
3. HIGH PRIORITY RUSH SERVICE: $60.00 (U.S.) in addition to the basic fee. Processing time is three (3) working days after receipt of application, required documents, and all fees.
4. '24-HOUR RUSH SERVICE:' $125.00 (U.S.) in addition to the basic fee. Processing time is 24 hours after receipt of application, all required documents, and fees. NOTICE: Arrangements must be made by calling Lisano International at 334-745-0425. Payment for all fees must accompany this approved request.
5. EXTRA COPIES: Two (2) original, signed and sealed copies are included in the report fee. Additional original, signed and sealed copies are $10.00 (U.S.)/copy if ordered with the initial application. Copies ordered after the report is complete are $25.00 (U.S.)/copy.
6. DELIVERY OF EVALUATION REPORTS: All reports are sent by regular U.S. mail. Overnight Delivery Service may be requested for an additional cost of $20.00 (U.S.) for domestic and $35.00 (U.S.) for international. U.S. Postal Service 2-Day Priority Mail requires an additional fee of $5.00 U.S.
7. FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE:
MISCELLANEOUS--BUT IMPORTANT
1. CORRESPONDENCE: Lisano International conducts all services solely by mail.
2. RECOGNITION OF REPORTS: If you were not referred to Lisano International by the agency or institution which requested an evaluation, please check with the intended recipient of this report to make certain that the report will be recognized.
3. RE-EVALUATION: Re-evaluations based on "new" documents or information not submitted with the original application are considered "new" evaluations and require a second basic fee. When the applicant requests that a document-by document report be changed to a course-by-course report, the $120.00 (U.S.) fee is required.
4. CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATIONAL EQUIVALENCIES: World education and educational systems are constantly changing. Likewise, information available is constantly changing; thus, Lisano International reserves the right to reassess educational equivalencies as new and additional information becomes available.
5. DOCUMENT VERIFICATIONS: Lisano International reserves the right to verify any and all documents with the issuing institutions.
6. CHANGE FROM COURSE-BY-COURSE TO DOCUMENT-BY-DOCUMENT EVALUATION REPORT: If, in the professional judgement of Lisano International, a course-by-course evaluation report cannot be prepared, a document-by-document report will be issued along with a refund of any overpayment.
7. REFUNDS: Refunds are only issued in the event of overpayment. Once an application has been submitted, NO REFUND will be issued.
8. FORGED AND ALTERED DOCUMENTS, AND INCORRECT OR MISLEADING TRANSLATIONS: When it has been determined that ANY document has been altered or forged, or submitted with an intentionally misleading or incorrect translation, the application will be canceled. No refund or report will be issued. The documents become the property of Lisano International. All intended recipients indicated on the application form will be notified of this action.
9. LISANO INTERNATIONAL RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN APPLICATION FOR EVALUATION.
